How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. We aim to ship same-day orders placed by 5 PM PST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday, as our carriers do not operate on weekends.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
- West Coast: Orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days.
- East Coast: Orders generally take 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
At Undeceived, each piece is crafted with intention, in extremely limited quantities. Because of this, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or general returns. However, if you received the correct item but need a different size, we may be able to offer a one-time size exchange, only if the same item and size you're requesting is available in stock at the time of your request.
To request a size exchange, email us at istayundeceived@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
